Paula Zagaris Leffler received her BA in Economics from University of California, Berkeley, and her MBA from California State University, Stanislaus. She is a Certified Property Manager® (CPM) and Licensed Real Estate Broker, and is recognized as an expert in the field of real estate management. Paula's memberships include: Institute of Real Estate Management, California Association of Realtors® (CAR), National Association of Realtors® (NAR), National Association of Residential Property Management (NARPM) and California Association of Community Management (CACM).

Paula has over 31 years of experience in Property Management and Financial Administrative Management with particular emphasis in custom designing management plans to achieve owners' goals and objectives. As an active member of the community Paula has been involved in numerous ventures including acting as a member on the Board of Directors for California State University, Stanislaus, a Trustee for the Memorial Hospital Foundation and earning the designation of Outstanding Business Leader by the College of Business at CSUS.

Diana is a seasoned HOA specialist with many years of experience assisting in the smooth operation of associations throughout the Central Valley. Her skills include finance, inspections, vendor coordination and meeting preparation. She keeps abreast of the ever-changing legal landscape of HOA law including enforcement of the HOA rules. Diana is a true professional who is thoroughly engaged in delivering the highest level of service to the Boards she serves.

Donna has been a community manager since 2005. She studied office administration at Pacific Union College and has a minor in Spanish. She has over 27 years experience in customer service, general accounting and office administration.

Donna has achieved the Prestigious Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation. She works directly with the Board of Directors of the many HOA's under management and prides herself on achieving the goals and objectives of her clients.

Donna assists the HOA Boards on how to be effective and get things done at board meetings. Donna believes excellent service without excessive fees is paramount.

Rosahura holds over 13 years of property management experience and 10 years of customer service practice. Being fluent in Spanish has enabled her to assist our Spanish speaking clientele seamlessly. Rosahura works directly with our Owners as well as our current and prospective tenants as a Senior Property Manager. She takes pleasure in working with her clients in the application process, securing of properties, and assisting in smooth transitions.

Committed to providing quality service she works closely with vendors and clients to ensure our commercial and residential associations thrive. Kaila is currently studying to obtain the prestigious Certified Community Association Manager Designation.

Mabel has worked with homeowner associations since 2007 as an administrative assistant and assistant community manager. She has many years experience in executive administration, management, and customer service, as well as associate degrees in both computer science and business information systems.

Brandi has over 10 years customer service experience and provides administrative support to all HOA boards, managers and clients. When visiting our office, she is the first person you will meet as she greets clients to help them with whatever their HOA needs are.

Karen  Burch Karen Burch
Accounting Clerk
Karen has a degree from California State University, Chico and more than 10 years experience in accounting. She works closely with the HOA owners to ensure timely payments of their monthly assessments and prepares financial reports for the HOA board members. With a strong background in customer service, she is always happy to answer questions and talk to owners regarding their accounts.

Beverly was born and raised in Modesto. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and has worked over 40 years in the public and private sector. Her depth of knowledge and expertise keeps our HOA's in top accounting shape. She is a Notary Public which she uses to assist our HOA Board and clients. Beverly values customer service and thrives in a busy, professional, working environment. She loves to paint, play music, and support charities with her motorcycle club in her spare time.
