Indemnity.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Liberty Associations and any of its affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, claim, cost and expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) related to your violation of the terms and conditions of use.

California Law and Stanislaus County Dispute Resolution.

This agreement on terms and conditions of use shall be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of California. User agrees that the Liberty Association Management site operates solely in Modesto, Stanislaus County, California, although Liberty Association Management may utilize a server outside of Modesto, Stanislaus County, California to host the site. User agrees that the local internet point of presence for the Liberty Association Management site for all purposes is in Modesto, Stanislaus County, California. Any dispute that arises relating to this agreement on terms and conditions of use (whether contract, tort, both, or otherwise) shall be resolved or any action shall be brought in Stanislaus County, California.

Liberty Association Management reserves the right at their discretion to change these conditions and terms of use and will notify users of any such changes by online postings. Your continued use of the site after the posting of any amended conditions and terms of use shall constitute your agreement to be bound by any such changes.
