Insurance and Other Services

Assist Association in obtaining insurance policy bids on annual basis.
Obtaining Certificates of Insurance from all Association vendors naming the Association as additional insured.
Assist Association in the processing of any insurance claims.
Name Association as additional insured on its business insurance policies maintained by Liberty Property Management covering liability and employee dishonesty.
Perform Other tasks as mutually agreed upon by the Board of Directors and Liberty Property Management.
